Client Review on The Digital Agenda

This company and the guy behind it stole my money. I hired him on a Tuesday in April and because he was dealing with the recent death of his father he said he would begin my project that coming Saturday. I saw a bad review on yelp and immediately wanted to cancel the project two days later. As it forewarned people to not do business with Rick and that he stole $3,000 from them. Rick who is unprofessional got upset that I wanted to cancel the job with him and stole my money and never gave me a refund even though he said he would, which I have on record. This guy is desperate and provides bad customer service. Buyer Beware! There are other web design companies that do great business with ethical people behind them so don't choose THE DIGITAL AGENDA.
