I decided to try exhibiting at trade show but did not know how to set up my booth. Carlos helped with the custom printed table throw and printed pens and giveaways. He took the anxiety away. I could just focus my attention on greeting the guests. Thank you.

I was so amazed and delighted with the customer service I received from Nicholas! Never did I expect him to complete my print order in time for a last-minute meeting. But, not only did he get the job done, he left it for me in a waterproof bag outside their office so I could pick it up after hours and have it for my meeting the next morning. That over-the-top, awesome service has turned me into a raving fan of this business!

The Digital Document Store far exceeds my requests and expectations every time I need them. I love their ability to put my ideas into an art form that is of excellent quality and lasting duration. I think of them as problem solvers, good listeners, & computer geniuses. They are graphic artists and a trusted source for anything printed. I have ordered several birthday posters showcasing photo collage , large vinyl stickers for water barrels at the Community Garden, several signs, and business cards. I have used this store for not only business cards but for other materials also, such as custom table cloths for trade shows. They do a great job in assisting with any design questions as well as being very professional and efficient in the production process.

I have used them multiple times and they always do stand up work. You can't get much better individualized and supportive customer service. I appreciate that they listen to your ideas and what you are looking for and help pick out the best product for you; you just don't get this kind of service going to a big chain print/copy store.
