Client Review on The Grafik Spot LLC

Unfortunately, I can no longer leave a good review due to poor service by the manager. They damaged ( burnt and stained ) our shirt and wasn't given the option for reimbursement nor exchange. We carefully TAKE and PICK UP the shirts. The same day we picked up our shirts we noticed 1 out of the 4 shirts was damaged. We called and sent proof of the shirt and was given the answer " we will not reimburse nor exchange". Even though his email disclaimer states in RED " ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONLY IN-STORE CREDIT. " Be careful with this company.
