Feedback:

Girlfriend went there twice and they did the opposite of what she asked and she was forced to pay for the studios screw up. They have a 10-day we'll make it right policy but her hair will be fried if they die it again because blonde bleaches, and after telling the manager the situation, we weren't given any other options to extend the policy so we won't be coming back!
