I bought luxury vinyl plank flooring from them. It was a DIY project for the basement. You can see it half finished in the photograph. The Hardwood Company were great to work with; The had a wide variety of flooring options and really knew there stuff. They had helpful suggestions for installation. What I especially appreciated is that they helped me to pick a flooring option that was right for my needs rather than just selling me on the highest price option. It is rare to find decent honest folks to work with these days but the folks at The Hardwood Company still do things the old fashioned honest way. They were refreshing to work with.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service Granite Hardwoods company has provided us. We remodeled our family room, kitchen, foyer, walk in pantry, and mudroom with continuous hardwood flooring. Through out this remodel there are only a few contractors that I would recommend and Granite Hardwood Company is one of them. DO NOT use this company!!!! I have had a terrible experience. I purchased top of the line double front doors from them. (to the tune of $3992) The double panes in the doors have clouded due to broken seals. I contacted the company and they can't even tell me who manufactured the doors (which they ordered for me) so I can contact the manufacturer. And of course, The Hardwood Company does NOT back the products they sell. They told me to somehow find out the door manufacturer on my own! How am I supposed to do that? The invoice they gave my builder had no manufacyturer's name on it. BAD COMPANY who doesn't stand behind the products they sell.
