Client Review on The Image Store

My wife and I came to the store about 2 weeks ago On July 2nd 2018 to put an order for shirts for a family trip. Today is July 20th 2018 and the shirts are not even done the lady at the front desk keep asking us questions they should have already know all about the projects information because we were communicating with Luis through email. They honestly don’t even follow up. The Image Store biz needs way more professionalism when its comes to deadlines. The picture I provide is the shirts we wanted to get printed which were still undone, Luis from The Image Store Biz said there was no problem in bringing our own shirts but 1 day before the deadline they said we can only use 50/50 Cotton, because the shirts we provided are polyester and there machines can tear them up. Thank you Image Store Biz for all of the inconvenience. Now we got to wear shirts we don’t even want.
