Client Review on The Image Store

This place is a joke, i dropped off a shirt with PDF files to the Image Store salespeople 2 weeks ago. I have repeatedly tried to follow up and contact Mr. Luis Ramirez. I was first told that my mock up would take 48 hours to complete. After 48 hours I reached out and they hadnt even started on my project. I was then told they needed til Tuesday or the next week, still wasnt ready or started yet. On that day i was told it would be ready Thursday, still not started. Finally i was told they started working on it Friday and I would see pictures with updates of the process. I have recieved nothing. It is now Tuesday again, 2 weeks after my orignal visit and I can not reach anyone at the store number or via a cell number I was given. Terrible business ethics, I recommend this place to no one and will follow through to make sure this place is little used.
