Client Review on The Imaging Depot, LLC

I usually love them but...To be fair I usually love Image Depot, the quality of the prints are beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about that. My issue is, I recently went to pick up my order I got there at 5:15pm, I noticed I didn’t crop a photo properly. I know this was my fault but I asked if they could fix it. The woman was very nice and did help me re-upload the photo to the self-serve station.At first, I was relieved because, I am a photographer and I had already told my customer I would have his one, 5x7 print, that day. Now 5:25pm and I have it uploaded and woman helping me says, “We can have your print [one 5x7 print] for you TOMMOROW, we close at 6pm.” I’m thinking “What?! All you have to do is go to your machine and press print? No one else is in the store? Why is it going to take a whole day, also I can go to inferior places like Walgreens or Wal-Mart and they can have it for me in 10 minutes (unless it is around Christmas)” Instead, all I say is, “Oh, I was really hoping to get this today because I need to deliver to my customer today” [hint hint] All she says is, “Sorry, we close at 6pm” I’m really surprised and taken aback at her un-willingness to help me, especially since she had been so helpful up to this point and she knows my circumstance. I know this was not her problem but I m really disappointed with the lady/Image Depot. I have bought $1000s of dollars worth of camera equipment there and her unwillingness to help me makes me want to just use a different company from now on.
