Vicki - The Mac Shack in Nyack has been providing support to my printing company for years. She is quick and efficient , no problem has been too large or difficult. We have several Macs, a PC, and high end printers. All the equipment is integrated on the network, including an embroider machine. I highly recommend the Mac Shack for her knowledge and expertise. Her advise for workflow as well as selecting new gear has been extremely helpful. And when she leaves, everything is working. Remote support has also been extremely helpful. Sometimes, it’s the little quick fix that makes the day very sweet. I say go with Vicki!

Vicki is a complete superstar when it comes to ANYTHING Apple related (not just Macs). She has consulted on a number of complex issues that I have had with my computers and devices. The quality of her service is far far superior to any of the local 3rd party "genius bar" stores and services. There is no problem that she has not solved and she is determined to always get to the bottom of any complex issue and I have certainly tested her! She is very responsive when it comes to urgent situations as well. You really can't do better than Vicki
