I bought a dozen and a half cupcakes here for my sis' 50th birthday and was so disappointed. This place was highly recommended, but the cakes did not taste fresh and were not very flavorful. They weren't "bad" but I definitely could have gotten better cupcakes at acme for half the price.

Excellent bakery with a wide range of options- colors by the pound, crumb cake, beautiful cakes, and lots of other treats. Reasonable prices and the staff is always friendly and helpful regardless of the hour.

We love this bakery. They make the most creative cakes. Besides the artistry, the taste is fantastic. The cake is very light and the butter cream is creamy, and not too heavy. Definitely use them for your special occasion

The Macaroon Shop is the best bakery anywhere! We have had the macaroons (many, many pounds), pastries and cookies and by far they are the most satisfying and sized perfectly. I've shipped the macaroons, too, and they were packaged carefully and arrived as promised and well received by a macaroon lover. The hours are great, too. We had dinner in the area on a Sunday and went to the Macaroon Shop afterward around 3:30 and the sign said they are opened until 6pm. If you have a special occasion, this is the place to go and your guests will rave.
