What I would say to any graduate looking to be hired by TMI is that you will find them; ...really fast in their decision making. Train and mentor you intensively. Promote you really quickly if you are good. And last but not least, they pay above the market rate. My first port of call for any graduate wishing to persue a career in digital marketing is always to see whether TMI have any vacancies. Over 90% of the grads who we helped place with them are still there, 3/4 years later. That speaks volumes about them!
