Working with Whitney Perry was a wonderful experience. She was professional but still friendly. Extremely helpful and involved. I felt she was always available for questions.After moving in we absolutely love the area and are looking forward to expanded decelopment in The Oaks because our neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and we feel we made not only a good decision for our family but the best one for the Lawton area.

The Oaks is by far the best neighborhood in Lawton. The cumminity is quiet and the nesighbors are like family. There is no other place in town that I would rather live than in the Oaks!!!

Ron and Whitney are very professional and friendly. They gave us a really good deal on our old home and worked hard to get us into our new home. They are like family to us and are great to have as neighbors.

Even though we don't live in the Oaks we live in the Brentwood addition, but love to see the homes in the Oaks being built. The designs of the homes are neat, and the view you have looking towards the mountains is very nice plus the lake and the buffalos are so neat to watch.

We are extremely pleased with the Oaks Development Company! We bought our almost 9 years ago. It has been our dream home. The Oaks Development is a well-respected development team. They take time to get to know the people who purchase their homes by having different get-togethers at their home, in their office or just a block party. The Homes are well-built and very nice inside. The grounds around the development are taken care of on a daily basis. We love having the lake near by, because our grandkids love to go fishing with their "Papa"! The neighbors are nice and friendly. Everyone respectd each others privacy. I would recommend the Oaks Development Company to anyone who's looking to build or just simply purchase a home already built. This Oaks Team is quite amazing!Michael and Janet Hamilton

Awesome family business. Best builder in Lawton. Treats the build like it was their home being built. Whitney guided us through the process, insuring our satisfaction. This is a great place to live in the Oaks, the area is very quiet and lots of retired military family. if you are looking for a community to live in we highly recommend the Oaks.
