This is an update. Rapunzel is the person that answered all of our questions during the consultation. Once my husband and I returned to retain services from this firm, rapunzel took us into a conference room and refused to answer any of my husbands questions. Stating that she refused to give a second consult before any money was received. after making my husband extremely uncomfortable with her terrible customer service he decided this wasn't the law firm for us. We refuse to give our hard earned money to a law firm so out of touch with the public. It was obvious that this woman could care less about our situation and we just didn't feel like it was in our best interest to use her services.
