Client Review on The Reel House

Feedback:

We usually go for lunch and portions are good for lunch. The service and food is great if everything you ordered comes out perfectly. We got over cooked tofu twice and the waitress did not acknowledge and tried to blow off our concerns by stating "Is this first time you are having tofu?" Until the owner/manager came out and heard us and apologized for the over cooked tofu. Just her attention to customers and their concerns was amazingly handled, therefore 4 stars.
