Unfortunately, I share the same review and experience as Mr. Johnson. The staff may be friendly and responsive, but I have been trying to have a 5 minute conversation with Mr. Sewell for several days. As a customer of theirs and their predecessor for 31 years, I cannot be more disappointed in Mr. Sewell's inability to call me. Hurricane Florence happened over a month ago and yet, Mr. Sewell can't manage to call me. My neighbors have had outstanding personal service and attention from their agents. I wish we could say the same.

I sure wish my experience was as pleasant as the others have described. Did not get quick response, did not get call backs, asked questions and they were not confident about their own answers. I'm happy others get great service but I had to move on, they seemed to have no interest in my account.
