I thought they had poor service until I got a box at the post office and learned what horrific service they had there. Compared to the post office Shipping Shack is a dream but thank the Lord there is a third option in town: Shipping Solutions by the Habitat for Humanity thrift shop.

We stayed in Florence Or for few weeks and needed to ship and receive some itemS . People that work here are very nice, help is a lot. To receive a package they charge fee of 3$ per box/ envelope. It’s not that bad. When they get item - they will give you a call and you can come pick it up. Very convenient!

We were really confused on how to do two Amazon returns with a QR code. They helped us re-do our return to have a label printed and got us all taken care of.

Have been a client for over 2 years. The service and professionalism of the staff is always consistent and they are always helpful. After 2 years, I know that many of the negative reviews are simply frivolous. I would not hesitate to utilize the shipping shack for all of your personal/business needs.

rented a 6 month box and discovered I didn't need it almost immediately; tried to get a refund but the owners wouldn't allow me a refund. DON'T RENT A BOX FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!

The owners of this place seriously are the BEST. The company is great... literally anything you need, they can do it! Like a Kinko’s (Fedex Office) on steroids! We are so blessed to have them in town since we don’t have a Fedex or anything. They have always been SO nice, no matter how busy they are. It blows my mind that there are any negative reviews on them! How?! Y’all are crazy 😜 Thanks for being such an awesome locally owned business in such a small little town. You are what makes the world go round 👏 🙌

I went in and was treated very rudely. Maybe you should have proper lines so people dont get affeneded .very rude if the owner wants to be like that's ok , I went back to shipping solution.
