Feedback:

A very friendly "owner" came in to look at our in-office job, and told us we would have a quote in the next few days. They went silent, and would not return calls or emails. After weeks, we stopped back by their office and got "we are so sorry, we will get you the quote ASAP." Silent again and no longer responsive.
