I wouldn't provide any business to this location. Had the displeasure of meeting an associate named Kimberly. Who attended me horrible. First off I work with the government and we ship out so much. Showed up there to ship out about 20 items and she was upset because she had to do the work. She stated: "I don't have time for this...I responded: Well if you don't have time for this and you have to go please have someone else assist me...She then went off to say: UPS doesn't get paid for this, we do this for free!....I stated:Well you do realize that you are dealing with government official business here? So this is important....so she went off to give me even more attitude. She was upset the entire time that she had to do this.....if this woman had to really get going, I would have definitely understood but the attitude and disservice I received. Very much disgusts me. For her to say UPS doesn't get paid for this is completely wrong. There is a national contract at hand with thousands to billions of dollars with the UPS. I will of course call corporate and let them know about this because no one no matter what is suppose to get treated this way. No matter what.

Sometimes these people are generous and sometimes they are rude beyond all . That's why I rated two stars. There is a middle aged man with dark brown hair as of this date was remarkably rude . Don't expect to be conducting business here anymore.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! These guys have come through multiple times to help us (Gliptone Mfg.) out with deadline jobs and last minute stuff while attending the SEMA show. Great crew to work with. Thanks for all your good service!

The UPS Store is very well managed. The owners are very friendly and always available to help with more difficult needs. The staff is well trained and also greet customers warmly. The printing services are not only reasonably priced, of superior quality but jobs are completely promptly.I highly recommend the UPS Store on Eastern to anyone needing a mailbox and a place to send packages too.

I'm in town for work and have had many unique and special requests. I've been helped by the owner as well as every member of his staff. Each one of them has made every effort to make things effortless as possible for me. Since starting to do business with this store, I moved from Henderson to Centennial Hills. I STILL and will continue to make the trip across town to this store, because of how great they've treated me.
