Fantastic service! I recently had a bed bug scare. I called NY Bed Bug Dogs and Frank answered right away. I explained my situation and the type of bug that I saw... I had been able to put the bug in a ziploc bag and Frank had me send a picture of the bug so he could evaluate our next steps. This all took a matter of minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and attentiveness. I would recommend this company to anyone! Their number will definitely be saved in my phone for the future.

Spoke with Frank on the phone he was very knowledgeable and helpful scheduled an appointment to have the dog come in to do a check.The dog Jerry came in and did his job and did not find any bedbugs thank you guys for helping me out I would not Hesitate to Recommend you !!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Sean the exterminator was extremely condescending and barely sprayed the rooms. Continuously complained while exterminating. Frank refuses to refund the small portion we asked for back. They could care less that the bed bugs have returned.

Absolutely Terrible service. They charge for extra rooms and won't give you your money back even when it's a mistake on their end. The exterminator barely did anything, just walked around the room for 2 minutes spraying and left. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
