So I was admittedly skeptical regarding the value add. I found the Symphony Success Orchestrator sessions well structured, thought provoking and challenging in many respects. Most importantly, I appreciated what can best be described as a series of exercises designed to foster the 'build blocks' of thoughts that led my team to logic conclusions.
