I am a board member of several organizations in the Gainesville area and the four of them use The Trophy Shop exclusively (or at least since 2003 when I moved here) for nametags. Service is fast and thoughtful, customers are treated exceptionally well, and there is nothing they won't do to get an order just the way we need it to be. Price-wise, a special nametag one of my organizations requested was $5 less than a competitor here in town. Without exception, all four organizations have been extremely satisfied with each and every order from The Trophy Shop for 15years - NEVER an issue.

We’ve used them last few years to make several thank you buyer plaques for 4h however this year it has been an awful experience taken over a month then said they would be ready multiple times and drove to pick them up and none were done, they would promise them done in a day and then nothing. No communication or returned emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional and frustrating I had to finally cancel order never even recieved products!
