Google the builder, I don't think there are any stars above a one.The homes are built in a flood zone, Tacoma News Tribune has a good article Fed.1, 2016I took a lot of pictures of these homes while under construction, I don't know how they could have been built any cheeper. Single top plate, 24" O.C, hem-fir wall framing, plywood for floors not glued, OSB used for roof sheathing. Most cities don't allow OSB on the roof because they absorb water like a sponge. Look at the 2nd house on the right, it was the "show house," the roof for the porch isn't level, it has a 2" slope to the left. The homes are built so poorly it's funny, cheap, cheap, cheap.

Incredibly shoddy construction. I've been through these homes while they were being built on a wetland flood zone. Leaking roofs, cheap, crappy wood. They advertise fully landscaped but they just throw in a bunch of plants and grass on top of back fill which will all die soon. I'm sorry for those who got taken by this company.
