Virtual Gurus is great to work with! The managers are great at keeping things in check and making sure I am happy. I worked with about 3 VAs who all worked hard and did tasks exactly to my specifications. I highly recommend working with Virtual Gurus!

I needed some short term help with a business proposal so I tried them out. So glad I did, my assistant helped me achieve my tight deadline and caught a few issues I didn't even notice. 5 star service, would definitely use them again!

Be very careful with this company and their terms and conditions. Any hours you pay and do not use in a month are lost (and no they don't pay the Virtual Assistant for these hours.) It's up to you as the customer to reduce your time before the next billing cycle. It's also up to the customer to chase the VA, and ensure they do the work time you have paid for. Lose a week playing email tag... too bad.No responsibility taken for excessive billings and only accommodation they will make is to offer partial credit if you continue as a customer.Very disappointed, choosing this company was a big mistake and a waste of business resources.Updated: The response below is not a fair reflection of the situation. I have no interest in bothering to point out the inaccuracies. I do find it questionable that you respond with details about my history with you including the date I became a customer. I had a reasonable issue with the service and Virtual Gurus had no interest in even making an effort to accommodate. Ethically questionable business and one which should be approached with caution.

I absolutely love working with Canadian Virtual Gurus. My VA, Mary, is amazing! She is highly skilled, works independently, completes tasks ahead of deadlines, and has great communications skills. Having a great part-time assistant frees up time for me to grow my digital agency. Having a VIRTUAL assistant means that I don't have to provide office space, computers or other expensive commodities. I highly recommend Canadian Virtual Gurus!
