Haven't heard from Ross in 5 months! He was great during the wedding as a videographer. He also put together a beautiful highlight video for us a couple weeks after the wedding. That was June 1st. We have still not recieved the wedding video and he has been unresponsive to our calls, voicemails, texts, and emails....
