I like the Pennysaver but....the neighbors usually get mine or I do not get 1 at all. I see Orange bags all around but not in my driveway. 😗😟

i live in Medowlea senior community off carter rd in Deland, we have not received a issue of pennysaver for over a week, we use to get it every wednesday now we are lucky if we get it a week late so just want to know if this park is getting cut off, that way i can let all the other residence of the park, we all look forward to the paper every wednesday it is now sunday still no paper, thank you
