I changed to The Williams Company about a year ago after having had a horrible experience with an agency who cared nothing about their clients or even of returning calls. This is certainly not the case with The Williams Company. They get their clients the best possible rate, they call before the policy expires, and just recently, I received a letter from my mortgage company that the mortgagee clause needed to be changed, and before I could contact my agent, the change had already been made by them. EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY - EXCEPTIONAL STAFF.
