Client Review on The Wing Company - Pembroke

My family and I came down to UNCP yesterday to visit our oldest daughter. We came to this resdtaurant today to eat with her before heading back home. We got there and ordered drinks and food from our waitress (Diamond). Diamond is the reason I'm leaving one star because she was the good thing about our visit. She promptly brought our drinks and checked on us more than a couple times. Everything else was not good. We waited at least 45 minutes and our food had not come. I asked our waitress how much longer for the food and she told us there were 3 tickets still ahead of us. At that point we asked for the food to be prepared to go since we had to get on the road. We waited another 20+ minutes before they brought our food to go. I paid and we left. When we started to eat our food in the car about 10 minutes later, we found the food tasted bad. I ordered the extreme nachos and all the chips were old and stale. My family got boneless wings and they said the sauces did not taste good and the chicken was not cooked well. The southwest egg rolls were fine. We'll try somewhere else next time we come. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but beware.
