The Wired Mouse was the provider for the IT services where I worked. Anytime I needed assistance the response was prompt, understandable, never rushed and 100%. I began using TWM for my personal computer needs. They have removed viruses, recycled old computers, helped me over the phone to troubleshoot. I only had to travel from Hendersonville to the store when needed. The staff always makes me feel that my limited computer knowledge is never a barrier to learning more about my computer.Thanks!
