If I could go back in time I would have NEVER bought a home built by Handler. Our dream home has literally turned into a nightmare for us since we moved in less than 2 years ago and continues to be one. We have had our kitchen/sunroom/ laundry room floors redone twice already and after the last install in February there are confirmed issues again. We have had our porch roof ripped off and reinstalled. Our second bathroom was replaced in February and that is also confirmed to have to be ripped out again and redone. We have a creaking metal on metal noise in our master bedroom that is so loud that we can’t sleep in our own bedroom at night. The best one about this is Handler “tighetened” a few things in our attic, even though the noise isn’t even in the attic, and that’s apparently sufficient enough for a fix. They are now taking no other action. Our kitchen floor sounds like a 30 year old home with loud squeaky floors. We have so many other issues other then these as well. They built our house so fast and once you sign away during settlement they are no longer friendly anymore. Getting them to fix anything that they built improperly has been a nightmare but they will blame it on the homeowner and says they have done everything they could to fix the issues. Going with Handler has been our biggest mistake ever. In my opinion, STAY AWAY if you are considering them.

After being through the home buying process two times, the third time has truly been the charm when we chose Handler Homes.Tammy and Camille were and still are absolutely phenomenal to work with! From start to finish my entire family was treated like family! Tammy and Camille made sure this was the smoothest and most flawless home buying experience ever.Everything was right on schedule and Tammy made sure we were always updated. We love our new home, new neighborhood and new neighbors. Best experience ever!
