These guys ARE my go to for anything I need done. I manage my son's baseball and hockey teams so I am always in need of getting names on jerseys, team shirts, end of the year gifts, etc. Carissa has always taken the time to go over every detail needed for whatever we need done and has made exceptional recommendations over the past couple years. The work is exactly what I wanted and they have always met my timelines (which have sometimes been immediate turnarounds). They have earned my business forever. There is no need to shop around anymore. I won't go anywhere else.

Called to receive a quote for a potential order. Although the team was helpful, ultimately the owner really impressed. They called to follow up on our interest in the quote and ultimately was willing to price match in order to earn our business. Taking that extra step to reach out and follow up to get your business these days goes a long way with me. More than what most do to gain business. Thanks!

My daughter is attending a Supernatural Convention at Rosemont, IL and she asked me if I can design a T-Shirt that she'd like to wear using heat transfer. I'm not familiar with what I have to do so i google T-Shirt printing place in Barrington and Think Ink, Inc. is listed so I called and talk to Karla. I explained to her that i had all the materials and I just need to have it put on the shirt. She told me it will take about an hour and cost is so reasonable so I went to drop it off. I told her that I'll come back after work at 5pm and so I did surprisingly enough it was done beautifully including the layout on the shirt. My daughter is happy the way it turned out because if I tried to do it who knows what's gonna happened to it. Thanks to you Karla and Think Ink for a job well done. Now we are thinking of having a shirt done to wear for Christmas holidays.!!! Again, Great job and very professionally done.

Think Ink provided a very personal touch to my customer t-shirt purchase. Though there are many internet-based customer t-shirt companies, there is very little personal contact. With so many shirt quality choices it was great to walk into Think Ink where we could try on the different styles. The people at Think Ink were very patient with us as we made our decisions, and were also willing to order a sample of a shirt they didn't already have on display. It was great to have the personalize service for color recommendations and art placement on the shirts. Our finished product turned out exactly as we wanted! We can't wait to share a picture!
