Worst company to work with.. I have lot of points to discuss but i think management will get it wheres they stand in real word in few of them.1. Sorry but we are labourer but we are not your full-time labourers. try to maintains your company time because its daily behaviors that your employee want to go and you are planning something to stop us.2. Inappropriate leave policy, not following organizational policy as per govt rules (May be or may not be on paper but we are sure and you also know it). Please do ask HR before joining.3. Conducting unnecessary meetings all the time does not make any senses for us. Meetings sense is only for you.4. Try to improve your way of thinks towards employee and respect, we make you don't make us.5. Money is not everything, that you can make us pay and control us.
