Honestly I am so confused why this place is only a 4 star place, we experienced lovely customer service (our bartender/wine enthusiast was Michelle I believe) and the wines were soooo tasty. They were hoppin' when we went there however service was on point, and the wine pourers covered for each other when it got busy so we weren't left with an empty glass. This is definitely a hidden gem and is added to our yearly list whilst staying in the Finger Lakes. They also give a 5% discount after 3 bottles which is unsual and a 2 dollar off coupon when you do the tasting, highly recommend!
