Client Review on Three Barrel Brewing Co

To sum up the visit in a word, it’d be either frustrating or disappointing. The service here is non-existent, our waitress was terrible in that she promised to do her job, but never did it. She took our drink order and disappeared. I had ordered a flight of four beers and she came out with three and a quarter glasses, saying that they were changing out the kegs and would get me a full glass when they were done. Never happened. We placed our food order and it took over a half hour for a panini and a side salad to come out, and when she did bring them out, she forgot the silverware, but quickly promised to bring them out. That too, never happened. I had to flag down another waitress to get my silverware. I asked my check, she said that she’d be right by with it. Never happened. I had to flag down yet another waitress to get it. Additionally, there were at least a dozen flies on the wall and flying around our table. Not impressed at all with this place.
