Very poor renting experience from the Eden. I've given the Eden and Thrive Communities multiple chances to correct and make things right and ultimately Thrive is difficult to reach and unresponsive. Will never consider renting from a Thrive Community Property again.

I almost moved into one of their microstudios properties in Eastlake. I got all the information I needed plus two tours from the property manager. When I finally received the leasing agreement THE COSTS DIDN'T MACH WHAT I WAS TOLD !The rent spiked and other charges suddenly appeared : common areas utilities, administration fee, bike storage fee, etc.Don't let the manager sweet-talk you about the property. He is just on-site representative with bunch of keys. CHECK YOUR CONTRACT ! That's all that matters . .

HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGERS! Watch your monthly statement - I’ve caught Thrive trying to pass on unsubstantiated fees to me on multiple occasions! These property managers are ill-equipped to handle the basic functions of their jobs. Not worth the head ache.

My husband and I live at Shelton in Eastlake! We’ve had an excellent experience working with, Carly Christoffferson. She’s genuine, communicative, and thorough in her work. I have worked in the property management industry and it is apparent to me that she not only loves what she does, where she works, but she also truly cares about the communities and teams she leads. Carly is a pleasure to see around the building and Thrive Communties should be seriously grateful that’s she’s on their team!
