I am disappointed in the subpar onboarding process which took place with this agency. I was incredibly enthusiastic about working with this company after searching high and low for a firm that seemed to be knowledgeable and understood the strategic approach required for an effective digital marketing campaign. After, what I believed to be, a great call with two consultants, Ryan and Tate, I set the expectation that I would send my ideas to them in order to receive an official proposal. Two follow ups and 4 weeks later I've yet to hear a peep. I found the sudden lack of communication / engagement to be telling and quite unprofessional. Because of this I would be reluctant to undergo a project with this agency. It's a shame because based on the 1 hour consultation I believed this would actually be a great fit.

Thrive has done an amazing job maintaining out website, social media, and SEO. The entire team responds promptly to any requests or concerns and often provides suggestions to what we could do to help grow our digital footprint faster than we could ever do without them. Raquel and Corey are great to work with.

What we love most about Thrive is their reporting systems. Their reports show what your keywords are doing in all your target locations, what they spent their paid time doing for you and what the goals are for the month. Without clear measurable results, it's hard to know if what you are doing is working, they are one of the few that offer this reporting and it helps us monitor our SEO, GooglADWords and have peace of mind. I would recommend working with them. Also Christian Thrives SEO rep is very responsive, helpful and professional!

I'm speaking personally from my experience as one part of the larger process at my employer, and from my perspective Thrive was great to work with- starting with a logical, step by step process that included a kickoff meeting in which we laid out our vision for the website, reviewed multiple sample sites and were able to discuss what we liked and didn't of each one, multiple feedback opportunities and several opportunities to view and adjust our new website as it was being built. We also had a single point of contact from the beginning which saved hours of trying to figure out which person to email with feedback or questions. They took our existing, marginal website and started over with a fresh redesign that brought it up to modern standards and functionality, with higher quality imagery and much better functionality. They also added a new mobile version which is a nice feature for both employees and Customers. We were a bit delayed on launch, but that was because of delays on our end and especially GoDaddy's end- I highly recommend hosting with Thrive if you can as it makes the whole process seamless and much more efficient and is probably cheaper, as GoDaddy upcharged us several times to get to the right hosting level to be able to host the new site. Having to work with GoDaddy (we're not a tech company, so most of the settings Thrive needed had to be provided by GoDaddy and they were not cooperative) was a real challenge that delayed the launch by almost 3 weeks. Once all those challenges were sorted out, though, we launched successfully and have a clean, modern website that we're really just starting to fully utilize. I can't say enough good things about the job Thrive did for my company's new site.
