Gourmet tacos. Was shocked how good they were. Mushroom taco had real culinary shrooms. Puffy taco carne was insane decadence but with crisp, strong flavor interactions. Tortilla soup was a flavor explosion. Simple salad was perfectly dressed (i ate every single leaf). Great interior, great service. Elegant booths for group fun. Board games available.At night it’s on the louder side: dark with sportsball on the screens. I like the vibe more daytime, personally.

So I'll start by saying I'm slightly biased, seeing as how I work here. That being said, I've been bartending for almost a decade, and this is by far the best bar I've ever worked at. It's just a bunch of professionals who grew up in this industry wanting to realize a dream, and they made that dream come true. I have high standards for both bar service, drink quality and food quality. Thunderbird gets a 10 out of 10 in all categories. Please come visit us, have a beer and puffy taco, and make the determination for yourself.

Although, I'm not too much of a bar-goer, I can really envision myself becoming a regular here. I've been a few times for happy hour since it replaced Bar Food and I've had so much fun each time. I love the casual vibe and the fun atmosphere. They have a photo booth and skee-ball. The bar and staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Love the puffy tacos-- deep fry those things, slap some meat in there = yum! The space feels open and spacious which helps when people start flowing in. The 11am-2am hours can't be beat. So convenient when you just want to drop in for a drink. Can't wait till the next HH!

This place is run by an honest guy, who really cares about his customers. I had a bit of an issue when I first tried the place out, but he contacted me and showed me that he both cared and wanted to make it right for me.
