Client Review on Tier 1 Graphics

Initially great communication and set up, application of our two work vehicles was rushed and several details were left unfinished. Several things done were not as originally requested and had to be redone. It was like pulling teeth getting anything redone. The owner was kind enough to come out the next day to look at the vehicles but denied the applicators cutting into the paint with their razors. When asked why they put their logo on our vehicle he said I don't know and kindly removed it. When asked about the process of application and why lines weren't straight and door handles weren't fully wrapped his continued answer was "this is industry standard" ... Well industry standard pricing was not what we were paying... The highest priced place of the three local places but they had the best reviews and the best customer service initially... They worked with the financing company on our new vehicle and made the application process fast and simple so not a horrible place but if details matter and customer service is something you want to depend on (instead of "industry standard") find a new place...😕 over all disappointed with the owners response and final customer service.
