Went in for some cat 5 cable and they let me take the roll to use what I needed and bring it back before they charged me. I don't know of any other shop that would trust a customer to do this. I had never met them before and they had no idea who I was. When I'm in their area I will always go there for my networking needs.

I had the tech at Tiger Mountain clean my computers and a external hard drive after one of those fake Microsoft calls came in. I was gone and my son gave him access to my computer. Paul cleaned everything up for me and was so reasonable I will always go back to get my computer work done there. I have seen more techs there, but Paul seams to run the place.

The guy's know their stuff when it comes to computers. Not many places you can walk into with your device without an appointment and walk out with your problem fixed. Easy on your wallet too.
