TIK-TALK has been the most horrific experience of opening a business. I truly hope everybody will take more time than I did in trying to find a fitting marketing company. I have never had so many problems with another company and paid so much money for them to not care or put in any effort. On my website it was shown how much they care about their customers. The amount of errors was a joke, everything was spelt wrong (including my companies name), none of the links worked, the writing was poorly written so you will have to re-write your own, As for running my social media, the content they would post were stuff that could be made on paint and cartoons and that’s what represented my company until taking it over myself and still being charged. Almost every post they made I had to delete... You can do a better job yourself using the apps “Canva” or “Word Swag”. After paying close to $6,000 dollars I am very very unsatisfied and wanted to let others know what I went through before they decided to use TIK-TALK.
