Placed an ad for apartment and cancelled ad after 3 days and was told I would get a refund. Never got refund. Wanted to place ad for garage sale. Was told 3-4minutes, but was on hold 25 minutes. No one answered.

Most of the time is not much more than a flyer. The last I knew, they didn't have a local reporter on staff, hopefully they have hired one since. They don't treat their carriers very well, nor do they pay them much.
