I've had the opportunity to move around the country for the past 35 years, and therefore bought and sold numerous homes along the way. With that, I've been to literally dozens of closings to include three in the Tucson area since I've retired. Actually this makes four. Anyway, this title company by far was the best of any of them! Accurate estimates, no surprises at closing or hidden "gotcha fees and timely. I like that!! Also, very friendly and professional staff to include the processor and receptionist. I like that too. There are so many title companies to choose from, some maybe cheaper, others probably more expensive, but none that have their act together like this office. Wish I could take the credit for deciding to use them, the buyers made the decision for us. Thank you!
