They are a company that not only has a lot of integrity, but they are extremely professional, organized, and dedicated to the success of their team. Due to the unbelievable efforts put forward by the administrators, assistant managers, and president of the company, I found that I was able to succeed in ways that I believed would never be possible because TM Business Solutions is a company that is committed to the growth and success of the individuals who work there. Within just the first week of working at TM Business Solutions, I was able to make over a thousand dollars in commission, and continued to make well over this each week from then on out. All of my achievements would not have been possible without the remarkable training provided during my first week of working, along with the beneficial assistance and guidance that the leaders of the company constantly provided me with. Due to the the success I had experienced, I was always reimbursed for any gas I paid for out of pocket and received several extremely generous bonuses based on my performance each week. If you are looking for a job experience to work in an environment where there is continuous opportunities to learn, grow, and prosper, than I certainly recommend applying to TM Business Solutions!

Excellent way to build a skill set for sales and marketing, with a great team to help you learn these skills, in a great atmosphere behind it. Yet, not being paid for training and not being paid to work is the other side. If you were told that you would be doing direct marketing to businesses, you will be, but youll be doing all door to door sales basically the whole time. If you were told youll be paid 500 p/week until you get promoted, that is also a lie. Within the last 2 weeks, I was sent to Middleboro, MA from Providence RI using my own funds for gas (without replenishment from the company,) for free. Yes, for free. Going into this company with confidence only to be killed out in the field, as other entry level employees within the company did not make the base pay that was promised either within the first 2 weeks. SO, if you have a passion for sales, and are willing to work for free, don't leave your second job... Overall; very sly and very shady, and borderline illegal, especially since they don't give you copies of the forms you SIGN.

Not a bad place to work if you just want to learn a few things and 'pal' around all day, but that's about it. I unquestionably paid more in parking tickets, gas, and meter fees than I made my first two weeks- not to mention a few new shirts I had to buy etc. I was misinformed about training pay during interviews. My first week training five people started with me. By the second week NONE of us remained.A lot of people here do not have cars and will ask you to drive them around, and drop them off in their T. The people here are friendly (maybe a little culty), but be warned very few will be able to make much money (MUCH MUCH LESS than minimum wage for the first few months). Worked in some sketchy areas, and someone showed me his gun in the field one day.People are promised they will be able to open their own office etc. etc.. If something sounds too good to be true IT USUALLY IS. I imagine everyone else who has reviewed this place is the 10% or less who stayed, just something to bear in mind before you are turning down another opportunity for this one.
