Some Realtors advertise in the newspaper. The fact that I have my own newspaper sets me apart from the average Realtor and generates over 80 listing leads for me every year. This newspaper is the best in the business and it has shelf life. Many times at my listing appointment I will see a stack of my newspapers sitting on the table because they want to show me how often they read it. I do not consider it an advertising expense. I consider it an investment with a great return.
