Terrible, horrible, RUN AWAY!!!!!John Kelly is rude, disrespectful name calling, and we are longtime loyal customers who he is ripping off by not providing us the service which we paid for, on top of that his rudeness is extremely stressful and inconvenient.If you want to be treated rudely and give some one businessJohn Kelly is so rude, I have never been treated that unprofessionally and rude on top of being ripped off. you can read the rip off report i wrote as well. just type John Kelly rip off report or Tonari rip off report.

John Kelly is just a hustler, looking for a quick fast buck with no substance. After I signed the contract with 8x8 phone system through Tonari , John Kelly's brokerage company, he set me afloat, no customer service, failed to return calls and in general one of those business deals we've all found ourselves in at one time or another. Take it from me, steer clear of this group ! After I called 8x8 directly things smoothed out pretty quick and we are very pleased with the system. I recommend and will recommend 8x8 service, just not John Kelly and Tonari
