Client Review on Top Floor MARKETING

I was contacted by a sales agent with top floor marketing, Will Garcia. He wanted us to sign up with them to do the optimization for our website. He gave us a song and a dance about how good they were and tried to manipulate us to use their company for our optimization needs. While he was talking with us, he convinced us to let him share our screen so he could show us how he would make improvements to our google adwords campaign. Little did we know that he attatched a tag in our google analytics to send him data about our campaign. I'm not sure how he was able to actually make changes to my campaign, but he did. I am not a tech person, so I didn't know that he would be able to do this. I didn't want to share my screen with him because I didn't trust him, but he assured me that he would not make any changes or be able to access my account again. HE LIED! After our call, I told him that I wasn't interested and he was very pushy, asking if he could call me in a couple of weeks. I told him to remove me from his calling list. After a period of time, he called again, trying to make it sound like I asked him to call me. I never did. He also made comments about how I had implemented changes to my adwords campaign. I wondered how he knew. Now I know. He put his tag in my analytics so it would send him data. He is a fraud and a liar. Don't trust him or this company. And whatever you do, don't give him or anyone else access to share your screen. Save your money and contact google adwords and get free support.
