Client Review on Top Floor Marketing

I hate to leave anyone a two star review, but in this case it is deserved. We contracted Top Floor to manage our Google Ads. We paid for the service starting in April 2017. We were billed each month accordingly, but our ads did not start until July. The majority of the ads contained misspelled words, therefore were not shown to consumers looking for our products. I corrected the misspelled words and our ads started showing. However, Google billed our card directly, instead of Top Floor. We paid Top Floor to create the ads, manage the ads, and to purchase the ads for us. The ads were created, but were incorrect. The ads were not managed by Top Floor, but by us, and we paid for the ads directly and paid Top Floor. Before we signed on with Top Floor we read their reviews from others that used their service. Many were very satisfied; we expected the same service and performance. Their representatives were polite and had good customer service skills, but not good at writing ads and following through with their commitment to us. We did ask for a refund for the three months we paid, when ads were not ran. Another option we proposed to make the situation right, was for Top Floor to run our ads three months without charge. Neither option was approved. We not only lost the money we gave Top Floor to create and manage our Google Adwords, but also potential customers.
