I was very pleased with their service. They showed up on time. They were friendly guys and used care in the home. They worked very hard and got the move done from a house to a warehouse very quickly and at a reasonable rate. I picked the right company. They were recommended by friends. It's not often you find exceptional service like this and it just makes your day. Thanks Mike, Dan and Conrad.

NOT IMPRESSED!Had booked this Top Move Inc. almost 2 weeks ago.Just received a call 5 minutes before they were to arrive, saying that their truck broke down and the driver called in sick.Huge disappointment and now having to scramble to find a new moving company at the 11th hour.

Did an office move for me in Burnaby and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Top Move. Daryl was helpful and friendly and they got the job done well for a very reasonable price. They were on time and are the best movers I have ever dealt with. If you need a moving company in Burnaby, these are the guys.

Totally destroyed 6 pieces of high-end furniture. I’ve been dealing with their insurance company for almost a year now and have had no resolution. As it turns out they actually aren’t even properly insured, and therefore the insurance company is not willing to pay for these destroyed pieces. I am left with no choice but to pursue this through small claims court - I will post an update once resolved.

Just had these guys move a sofa and bedframe I bought. Very careful when moving and took the time to assemble it and made sure everything was level with bed frame before securing last screws.

They were available on short notice and didn't have a 4 hour minimum like other movers did, and were fairly priced. They were friendly as well.We were concerned with how long it was taking at first, but they couldn't help it. The elevator wasn't blocked off for us and it was clearly not their fault. Once we got to the second location they moved everything very quickly.
