Well tried to give them business to install a pellet stove my wife purchased thru Amazon and the guy was an ass from the start and very rude condescending carma will bite them I do not recommend anyone do business there.

I walked into Top Quality insulation on a Tuesday morning and was very impressed with the show room and that the owner (Bob) was on site and approachable. The project was a Small 1,000 sq/ft new construction cottage. Bob sent his estimator Derek out within 2-3 hours of me leaving the showroom. I was provided a itemized and professional quote and all my questions were addressed proactively. Derek worked with me to get the job on the production schedule in a timely fashion that fit my project timeline which was less than a week. The installer was early, on time, professional, courteous and did a great job. Derek also checked in prior to and after the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend Top Quality, Bob and Derek!

I highly recommend not doing business with this company. 2 years ago they installed a wood burning stove into a home I was building. It took them 3 trips to my house to get it right. They kept installing the stove pipe at an angle. They were extremely rude the whole time making me feel like it was my fault. Now, 2 years later the stove pipe is leaning sideways and ripping up my roof shingles. I called them and well.....they are still super rude. They won't fix it and now won't call me back. What a great company!
