My family has rented from topsail realty for many, many years - 30+. Their service has unfortunately gone downhill to say the least. We arrived at our home (your the tops) and found several issues that needed attention including a clogged dryer vent (major fire hazzard), AC filters so dirty that the AC stopped working, roaches, dishwasher that leaked (and caused me to fall on a tile floor) and a ceiling fan that didn't work. Also lots of dirt under all the furniture and beds. We called on Saturday and Sunday - no one showed up until WEDNESDAY! My mother rented from another realty in July and their problems were all addressed the next morning (Sunday). If the home owners are not keeping up their property then you should drop their property from your offerings.
