Overall Feedback:

I recommend Toptal to all my Competitors So the slew of low ratings wasn't enough to keep me away. And why the 2 stars you ask ? Well I had one good experience with Toptal. It was actually good enough I used them again. However the second go around of being quoted an estimated which has been far exceeded by over half and still not having the work complete is why I never use Toptal again. Furthermore when searching Linkedin for the individuals on here who left 5 star reviews, surprise surprise, they are associated with Toptal. The work is good , but I just can't get this bad taste out of my mouth. Lesson learned, if you don't want to blow past your budget , don't use a service which benefits to bill hourly. Stay away from Toptal.
